Prof. Dr. Cyril Pavlikianov , Dr. Habilitatus (D.Sc.), Ph.D., M.A. was born in Sofia in 1965. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Byzantine History at the National and Capodistrian University of Athens in 1998.
